Note the predominantly membranous pattern in BPH, which was noted in cores from 11/15 cases. To a lesser degree, this is also noted in the depicted specimen of HGPIN, although the cytoplasmic staining is also intense, which partially obscures the distinction. In the remainder of depicted cores, the staining is largely cytoplasmic. No membranous staining was noted in any of the metastatic cores.
