B, Summarized integral force (IF, g/s, n = 5 for each group) of BSM responses to Bim-1. Incubation with Bim-1 caused a significant reduction in IF upon 4 Hz and higher frequencies of EFS-induced contraction (N = 3, n = 5, p ≤ 0.05 to control for 16-32 μM of Bim-1).
