Knockdown of EGFR suppresses recovery from cisplatin treatment. a EGFR silenced TCCSUP cells (siEFGR) or control TCCSUP cells (siCtrl) were challenged with cisplatin treatment. TCCSUP cells were incubated with cisplatin (10 µM) and siRNAs for 48 h and then re-treated with cisplatin alone for an additional 6 h.
