Typical example of nerve response (blue) to a single stimulus (grey) that was applied to an isolated porcine axillary nerve and originates from an RF activation with a bipolar resection electrode loop. Amount and strength of detected CAPs within the analysed time window defined the NMS potential. See Figure S1 for details on the CAP detection algorithm. CAPs were detected both during the ignition and the cut phase of the RF activation corresponding to the stimulus. The zoom view shows the last CAP detected in this stimulation
