The positive staining for PFKFB4 appeared brown in prostate cancer samples, and the intensities were (b), weak; c, moderate; and (d), strong. Positive staining for the PFKFB4 protein was mainly found in the cytoplasm of PCa cells, and most intra- or extratumoral stromal cells were negative for PFKFB4
