The steps of the procedure. A The beginning of the procedure by formal circumcision; two mosquitos pulling the mucocutaneous junction at 6 and 12 o’clock. B Immediately after circumcision with the penis retracted inside the penile skin. C The start of complete penile degloving with two mosquitos applied at 3 and 9 o’clock pulling the penis outward to facilitate dissection.
