A small linear hypointense calcification is depicted in the pre-treatment T2-weighted images (blue circle). The tumor is marked by a red circle. A clear undertreatment distal from the calcification within the segmented tissue (black line) is visible in the dose map and viable tissue is shown in the T1-weighted image after contrast administration. The residual tumor is verified in the T2-weighted follow-up examination after 6 months (red circle)
