A flowchart of 48 pediatric patients who were treated in our center for high-grade renal traumas. They were differentiated into stable and unstable groups relative to their hemodynamic status and resuscitation at presentation through the first 24 h. Then, the stable patients received conservative treatment, but the unstable patients were treated by surgical interventions
