Erastin inhibits cell proliferation and induces ferroptosis in LNCaP and PC3 cells. (b) Expression of SLC7A11 was suppressed by erastin treatment in LNCaP and PC3 cells. (c) Proliferative levels of LNCaP and PC3 cells after erastin treatment. The relative MDA (d), Fe2+ (e), GSH (f), and GSH/GSSG (g) levels of LNCaP and PC3 cells treated with erastin were detected. Three independent experiments were performed with triplicate wells.
