However, the fraction of CD44⁺CD133⁺ cells is higher in MCSCs than in MB49 cells. (down) The fraction of CD44⁺CD133⁺ cells is 19.83 ± 0.68% in MCSCs and 3.57 ± 0.38% in MB49 cells, which is elevated in MCSCs relative to MB49 cells. (B) The comparison of quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis shows that the expression of CD133, CD44, OCT4 and NANOG are higher in MCSCs than in MB49 cells.
