(B) qRT-PCR analyses were performed to examine the effects of miR-221 on expression of STMN1. (C) Western blotting was performed to determine effects of miR-221 on expression of STMN1 protein in T24 and RT4 cells. Error bars represent ± S.E. and *p < 0.01 versus control.
