The advanced musculocutaneous scrotal flap technique procedures for correcting concealed penis: a) the ventral vertical incision (dotted line); b) the fully exposed glans, creation of the diamond-shaped skin defect, and an additional circumferential incision (dotted line); c) penile elongation with complete degloving; d) the paramedial vertical incision (dotted line) with triangles; e) scrotal flap advancement; f) the interrupted suture; g) postoperative lymphedema; and h) the final features of the penis.
