PLAC2/miR-663/TGF-β1 pathway is involved in the regulation of BC cell migration and invasion. Overexpression of PLAC2 and miR-663 resulted in reduced rates of BC cell migration (a) and invasion (b), while overexpression of TGF-β1 resulted in the increased rates. In addition, miR-663 inhibitor reduced the effects of PLAC2 overexpression (*, p < 0.05)
