Nomogram of predicting the probability of Gleason sum upgrading. To obtain the predicted probability of GSU, locate each variable of one patient at corresponding axis. Draw a vertical line to the “Points” axis to determine how many points are attributed for each variables. Sum the points of all variables. Locate the sum point on the “Total Points” line to determine the individual probability of GSU on the “Probability of GSU” line.
