Right renal angiogram (a) revealed a 7Â cm aneurysm. A superior pole branch of the right renal artery directly fed into the aneurysm. Selective coil embolization (b) excluded the inflow and outflow tracts for the aneurysm within the superior pole branch of the right renal artery. The inferior pole branch of the renal artery was preserved which allowed perfusion to a majority of the right kidney
