MiR-183-5p promoted the migration and invasion of PCa cell lines. (A) qRT-PCR was used to verify the transfection efficiency of miR-183-5p after transfection of miR-NC, miR-183-5p, miR-NC inhibitor and miR-183-5p inhibitor in PC3 and LNCaP cell lines. (B) The migration(vertical) of the two transfected PCa cell lines was measured using a transwell assay (magnification: 10×). (C) The crawling ability of the transfected PCa cell lines was measured using a wound healing assay (magnification: 10×). (D) The invasion of the transfected PCa cell lines was measured with transwell assay (magnification: 10×). (E) Cell proliferation of the transfected PCa cell lines was measured with CCK-8 assay.
