PFK-1 silencing inhibited BC progression. (A) The mRNA levels of PFK-1 were increased in SV-HUC-1, UM-UC-1, UM-UC-3, RT4, RT112, and T24 cells. UM-UC-1 and RT112 cells were used for next experiments. (B) After sh-PFK-1 transfection, the mRNA levels of PFK-1 in UM-UC-1 and RT112 cells was decreased. After sh-PFK-1 transfection, (C) CCK-8 assay indicated that cell viability of UM-UC-1 and RT112 cells was decreased.
